Inspired by antique styles of Egyptian motif jewelry, this bead woven chain necklace with central glass scarab medallion has class and sentiment of ancient times.

Carefully handcrafted by weaving each individual bead into a rope chain, small round amethyst and apatite gemstone beads in four tones were used, as well as 24k gold plated Japanese hexagon seed beads.

The medallion itself is bead embroidered consisting of dark purple translucent vintage glass scarab cabochon, gold filled wire, two tone apatite gemstone beads, 24k gold plated beads, and seed beads. Two accent glass rhinestone beads in yellow citrine and lavender tanzanite color compliment the jewel color palette.

Lined with metallic dark purple leather. Gold plated, strong magnetic clasp.
